removed 0 Posted February 1, 2004 Wow......way too cold for me. Call me weird or anything, but wow....... For me, I can stand tempeatures around 100 F, 110 starts to get anoying. But anything under 65 F ........... brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Freezing. You could freeze ice at that temp I envy all of you who can withstand tempeatures like that. Wow! I'd die in two seconds if it was 100 F (37 C). That's WAY too hot for me.
RikerChick 5 Posted February 1, 2004 Bysty, it regularly gets past 110 (about 43 celcius) here all through the summer. The hottest I've seen yet was 122 (50 celcius). Would you believe that you do get used to it? Well maybe not 122, but 110 you do get used to.

Nemesis 0 Posted February 1, 2004 -82 C????? That's like double it is here! I just got back from the gym and as soon as I stepped outside, I took a breath, and I could feel it burn in my lungs! A short walk to the truck and my ears were killing me from the cold. And -82 C?? Oh wow. That I couldn't handle and I'm Canadian! Lol. You call yourself Canadian and you think -38C is cold, it was -54 the other day and I shovelled wear a T-shirt and Jeans. I also got the mail in my barefeet, but then again I am insane
Jim Phaserman 0 Posted February 1, 2004 I've been stationed in San Diego, where 65 is the average during the winter...then the navy decided to be cute and transfer me to Naval Station Great Mistakes.

Ya I was shovelling in a tshirt and jeans yesterday, but it was only -22 C. I'm not a barefoot in the snow person though. (Unless it's right after I was in my hot tub. Lol).
