Uhm I do not know every cartoon guy mentioned here , but from the ones I knew I picked out Homer Jay Simpson ( :) ), of course :)

Rudy from Fat Albert and The Cosby Kids.I loved this cartoon growing up.About the only cartoon I watch anymore is the Proud Family,and an occasional episode of Scooby-Doo.
