Yeah. Poor Marilyn tries so hard to be evil and scary, that his stage act is more comical than anything. He reminds me Dave Foley's satanic character on Kids in the Hall. The one with Kevin McDonald popping up as an Imp from hell, saying "Evil!! He's evil!" Everytime he does or says anything.

I don't mean to sound like:

 

"Haha, you're wrong and stupid"

 

But although MM does occasionally say stupid things. he is indeed "Evil" and is apart of one of the biggest Left hand path orders. he didn't ask, but was rather asked to join. Mansons hate for Christianity has sparked him to become "Evil"

And he doesn't TRY, he just is, and the way he acts is not "Evil" but rather just showing who he is. You should read some of his philosophy, he's actually a really smart and educated dude.

I never said he was stupid.

I just said he was funny, and tries a bit hard to be scary.....he doesn't scare me.

Like dragonwrangler said, Tupcas Shakur and gangsta rappers are scary. Marilyn is just funny.

As for his being truly evil. Maybe. But he's not as evil as those Kidz Bop commercial kids.....they freak me out.

Manson's act is just that.....an act. Those that believe otherwise are just fooling themselves. They said the exact thing about Alice Cooper when he first came out. The difference is that Alice actually made some good music where Manson's "music" is .......

 

....and before you ask.....Yes, I have listened to his music and in fact have one of his cds.

Interesting that the Beatles still come up the top of most people's lists. Great to see they are still loved as they are one of the few bands to absolutely revolutionise the music industry.

I got into it because my mom is a HUGE Beatles fan, she owns a lot of Beatle things. I grew up with her listening to the Beatles. They changed Rock into what it is today, I will always like them as well.
