I am a fan of Star Trek.As a young man my grandfather began teaching me about astronomy (from a native american perspective),and my love of the stars led me to Star Trek.I didn't have a television in my home growing up,but when I would spend the night with friends,sometimes we would see TOS episodes.And at school,I would check-out the few Star Trek paperbacks available in the library.
