Very interesting, even without that, this episode is great. Zimmerman wanting to replace his medical doctor with one who resembles Bashir. Can't go wrong with a Picardo episode. It really comnplicates things unnecessarily, and they could have found other "family secrets" to create this kind of chaos. Meanwhile, a good nod to Voyager with Picardo in this one, both as Zimmerman and briefly as the EMH. And Rom finally makes his confession. Nice overall.
