Stephen of Borg 2 Posted June 11, 2005 Nog, Quark and Rom are mistaken for Martians when a trip to Earth accidentally sends them to Earth’s past to the year 1947, and Earth doesn’t take too kindly to aliens in this century. “Little Green Men” is my favorite DS9 episode. The military of the 1940’s don’t know what to make of the aliens, and the aliens (ferengis) don’t know what to make of the military, and they can’t understand why humans of this time buy and insert poison into their bodies (tobacco) and nuke their own planet (atom bombs). The funniest part of this episode is when Nog, Quark and Rom first wake up and begin speaking to each other in Ferengi because of the translators that are malfunctioning. “Little Green Men” is a great episode to watch if you’re in mood for a light, not serious episode of DS9. ***** out of ***** Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
