Yillara Skye 1 Posted May 12, 2003 It's nice to see so many members who will be turning a quarter century this year. Hope that makes you feel old. Thanks, now I am really dreading my birthday, I had not thought about it that way. Now I am depressed. Don't be depressed. You'll still be 25 years from the half century mark. I'm only 10. DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have less than two years to go. Come on Data, I am sure the half century mark is not bad....True, I have 27 years to go, but, I can't wait(Yes, getting older is interesting to me, I mean it gives you a chance to have the greatest experience in your existance....LIFE! , OK, so maybe I am the eternal optimist here, but still....). starsinmyeyes 0 Posted May 12, 2003 The other night I was watching a documentary on Jules Verne and how close his writings were to the future... I thought, hell, I'd be 80 in 2050! Hope I reach that age. (with everything still functioning well) Can you imagine the changes? I'm blown away with the changes my parents have seen let alone my grandparents! Have you worked out my age yet? If not, count the grey hairs on my head... 10 on the right, 12 on the left, and 10 at the front heading towards 11. Hang on I've forgotten to count the grey hairs at the back.... Maybe this wasn't the best way to determine my age?
