sea trooper 0 Posted July 30, 2004 Open the picture to the Paint program and go to IMAGE then click STRETCH/SKEW. Then type down how much percentage of the picture you want taken off (the picture just shrinks) until it's small enough for you, then save it and upload it. That's much larger then the software allows for a personal photo. Looking at the setup it says that 250x250 is the largest that it will allow for a personal photo. 100kb is the file size limit.
