mj 7 Posted May 21, 2004 It was pink in the movie The Undiscovered Country, but in TNG and DS9, whenever they cut themselves with those multi-edge knife things they have bled red blood.
A l t e r E g o 9 Posted May 21, 2004 The blood in TUC was an important part of resolving the story so some dramatic license was taken.
ddillard 2 Posted May 23, 2004 I would agree with AE on this one. I think that it was done differently in TUC to place more attention on the blood. Also, I am sure that it is cheaper for them to produce the red blood effect than it is to make them bleed pink.
Jack_Bauer 1 Posted May 24, 2004 The blood in TUC was pink in order to avoid an R rating. So I guess it is kind of artisitc license.

By the time "Generations" came out, we'd seen someone's naked @ss on NYPD Blue ... During primetime on network television, no less.
Odo 0 Posted July 12, 2004 For Some Reason They Bleed Red On TV. Not In The Movies Maybe Better Tech In The Movies
Sam The Smuggler 1 Posted July 13, 2004 The Reason It Wasn't Pink/Violet/Fuscia In Generations Is Cause There Wasn't Crapload Of It Floating Around Then Splatering Everywhere.
WEAREBORG4102 0 Posted July 15, 2004 It was pink only in TUC. All episodes/ movies besides TUC have red Klingon blood.
