Theunicornhunter 2 Posted March 29, 2004 (edited) In case you wonder why I am aware of all the interesting little days of recognition. Well, two reasons, one I've always liked holidays and like to "celebrate" things. So I eat Chinese Food on Chinese New Year, Mexican food on Cinqo de Mayo and put up shamrocks in March and Easter eggs in April etc. I also do a family newsletter and I try to find interesting little tidbits to put in the letter so I always check this site.
