The sun is shining here this morning but the weather man says it won't last past lunch time, they are always so full of doom and gloom.

 

Tim Henman crashed out of the tennis yesterday he lost in three straight sets, I am starting to think that he will never win Wimbledon. He has been trying for years and just can't seem to quite get there.

 

I don't know what i'm doing yet today it's only 08.30. I think I will go post for a while and see what happens. :o

My log is boring this week isn't it? Well I don't have anything much to say today either. I think a boring log is good in a way though, it means i'm not totally stressed out which is good. :lol:

 

It's raining here today but I have all the windows open because its still really warm. :wub:

 

I got my new Avril Lavigne CD this morning and it's brill i'm listening to it for the third time through. :lol:

 

Last night my mum was mowing the lawn when the lawn mower just stopped dead and won't do anything, we changed the fuse but it's not that. This is the fourth electrical thing that has broken in my house in the last two months, i'm starting to think that I live in the twilight zone. I have looked in the catalogue and a new one is £109, not good. :)

Yes....... it's been raining alot here but today it was fine. Btw sounds good that there is nothing to sort-of "complain" (it hurts me to say it!), but thats what these logs are for! Anyway hope you get a good deal on the mower!

Hmm i dont think its boring Delta but you are right no news can be good news ..i am sorry to hear the weather is still bad in your corner of the world..i guess i better get my wishing shoes on again..lol...and mowers are not cheap i bought my parents a Flymo and it cost about 150 quid :) ..mabe you can get it fixed??...good luck with it :wub: ..take care Delta and enjoy the rest of the day... :lol:

The price of mowers is daft, the one that's broken is only six years old. That may sound a lot but it's only six summers and it cost £120. :lol: I think I will see if my brother in law can look at it, he is good with stuff like that.

Delta's log star date 03/07/04

I got a letter this morning telling me that my back injections will be on 19th of August. I'm happy because they may work and my back may be fixed, but i'm apprehensive because the last set I had were horrible and made me feel really ill. Oh well no pain no gain, I suppose.

 

I don't have anything planned for today. Normally on a Saturday I would go to my sisters but my back is too painful to move very far this week so I guess I will stay in.

 

Today is ladies final day at Wimbledon Serena Williams is playing Sharapova(?sp). I hope that Serena wins. :P It starts soon so I will watch it.

 

It's really horrible weather here today and it's really cold. I think I am going to have to put my central heating on. Hmmm so much for summer.

The sun is shinning and it is a beautiful morning here, looks like my theory that the sun would come back after Wimbledon fortnight was correct.

 

I didn't go on line yesterday, I decided that I hadn't made any cards in ages so I made some it was nice and relaxing. Later we sorted out the two CD racks I have in my living room I have so many CD's there are some that I haven't listened to for years. They now look very neat and tidy.

 

Today I have nothing planned, I rarely do much on a Monday. If the sun stays out I will go and sit outside for a while.

Delta's log star date 06/07/04

Yesterday was going well until about 10a.m. I rang work to ask why I had not been paid, they told me because I have been off a year tomorrow and I won't get paid anything more until I go back to work. :) They told me that they will keep my job open for me, humph, that's nice of them (said sarcastically since the reason I am off is because I hurt my back at work). :)

 

I'm really upset and not sure what i'm going to do. My mum took the afternoon off work and helped me sort out my finances which was really nice of her. :o She said not to worry because I can still afford the internet, she knows me too well. :)

 

Well I normally try to put something positive in my log after I put something miserable. I can't think of anything positive to say today, sorry, I will have to work on it. :)

I am trying to be more positive today, all this stress is making me ill so I have got to try and chill out more.

 

The weather man says we will have gale force winds today and it will be stormy for the rest of the week. The sun is shining right now so I will have to see if he was right. :blink:

 

I have nothing planned for today I think I will just play some Final Fantasy.

Thanks Hangon, I think that most of the UK could use your wishing shoes today. There have been gales and storms bringing down power lines and trees all over the place. It's more like October here, there are severe weather warnings on the news it's a crazy summer. :blink:

Not much today just chilling out. The weather is too horrible to sit outside so i'm watching ER repeats on TV as I post.

 

I had a nice surprise when my mum got home from work yesterday, she has bought me a necklace with my initial on. It's silver and the letter has little crystals on it, I really love it. She said she thought I needed a little present to cheer me up, it was so nice of her. hug:

Not much today. The weather is a bit better today, well it's not raining but it's still really cloudy. The power is a bit strange it keeps cutting out then coming back on luckily my laptop has a full battery. My fish are getting a bit sick of it though, because their light keeps going on and off like a lighthouse.

 

I'm in a good mood because it's Friday. I like Fridays.

 

I'm just going to post here for a while, then I will figure out what I want to do with the rest of the day. B)
