thats happened to me before, i thought i was banned, but it was only a glitch in the system. In your case, try again in 24 hourse or so, and it should work. it did with mine. if not, PM VBG or AE or DD. They might help

youd have to ask VBG to be sure, but i think "yes" you would have to get another EMAIL addres to make another username, why you would want to burns at me, but is not in my place to ask
