    Okay right now I could get real rude and offensive, but dang it if I ain't a lady!

    Bashing enterprise is pointless It's a show that has impact, sure there have been some loose episodes, all shows get them!

     

    I have seen waaay worse shows last years, (Anyone for saved by the bell?)

    I don't mind the opinion, but it does happen to get back to the producers that fans aren't happy and so they think of cancelling.

     

    I was always taught "got nothing good to say, don't say it at all"

     

    Which is daft, but understandable.

     

    But I won't stop anyone from saying something or dis them for their opinion either.

    We get hit every day by asteroids and meterites, they are however too small to make any serious impact. ELE's arre rare and happen on average rough once every few million years. This is when the earth is travelling through a specific region of space that has a higher proportion of fragments of failed planets and spectacualrly hit non planetoid bodies.

     

    At times like these the earth goes through a higher proportion of bombardment and therefore is at a higher risk of an ELE. We are in the next few hunderd years going to be going through this. Satellite warning systems are being prepared etc. But if an asteroid were to come from behind the sun we would only have HOURS before our demise nad therefore there would be nothing to be done. What administration would tell ppl and cause the mass hysteria therein. It would be best for ppl to die unaware of it.

    To cancel a trek show would in the end lead to a lot of questions about the future of the trek franchise.

     

    In the last 5 or 6 years the trek franchise has lost viewers ther is no doubt of that. But considering the age of the eldest members can be 60+ is it not surprising there will be some lossage of fans?

     

    New things will always ruffle feathers, but it would have been better to have gone forwards in time and seen the emergence of temporal ships like the ones from future's end etc.

    okay have seen hero's pt 2 and well I was sad.

    I saw it without having seen the first episode so I was a little agrieved and at the moment that Jack got shot, it left the audience wondering if jack was dead, of course he wasn't but the way that they set it up, left you not seeing Janets death until it was played back on Daniels video camera. The reactions were so realistic and I think this shows just how wonderful this cast is. I am glad I have managed to follow the series from the beginning almost.

    This season does have the air of depressing but how many honestly thought that the Tok'ra allience would last the entire series? And for that matter the Jaffa being led by another group of people?

    My favourite Janeway scene is for scorpion and it is where she is thinking of turning around and finding an inhabitable planet. It shows a strong set of conflictin ideas. Do I continue home, do I wander into borg space, do I turn and run away.

     

    I like this scene over all the others because it sets janeway up as a very conflicted individual.

     

    neither final scene however gave this woman the depth the scorpian scene gave her. Endgame left her with this duality that was very confused and bewildered and left me thinking she didn't seem very strong and NEM was contrived neither worked for me.

    Voyager had a slow start, but that may have been due to the problems that production in the beginning often brings. The ending was much stronger as a cohesive unit. People knew each other and production was a lot tighter.
