    well im back now, it was a LONG 48 hrs straight in the truck, but it was kinda fun, getting stupid with scott, joking around, listening to tunes, and time to think and contimplate. oh, and ill never do that again. at least not without a break in the middle of it. we left friday morning at 5am, got there at about 730am saturday, our time, and left there about 815 am, and got back home at 530am sunday. it was long and hard, but im glad i did it.

    well im gonna be gone for a few days. im staying at a friends tonight, and were leaving for nebraska tomorrow morning. hes gotta take a horse to nebraska university, and wants someone to go with him. so i figured why not its free food and drink for a few days :force: and gets me the heck out of dodge for a few days, even better yet. so ill see ya sunday night or monday. have a good weekend people.

    Well, to be honest, I missed the first ten minutes of the movie due to the fact that the concession people and the theater management were not operating at full power.  You'd think that with a multiple screen theater you would have a more then two people running the snack stand.  If it did say that at the beginning I missed it completely and admit my mistake but, if you read the Ray Bradbury story, you'll see the connection.  And to me it makes a little more sense.

    i as well missed the first 5 to 10 minutes. well i guess when it comes out on dvd i'll find out.

    exactly. someone who gets a tatoo because someone else wants them to, or someones name really is gonna regret it if not now eventually. it has to be personal, and meaningful to the person getting it, in one way or another, perfect example the one your husband wants. thats cool. so what else does he have?

    The first tattoo he got is a cracked skull with glowing red eyes. He got that for no other reason then to tick off his 1st wife. :force: He doesn't regret that one though, it's cool. The other 2 (a Dr. Feelgood symbol and a demoness) he did himself while drunk and high. He hates them both, they have no meaning to him. The Dr. Feelgood one he's covering up with the strength one (another symbolic thing, replacing the old with the new) and the demoness he's having laser removed.

    Yup. He LOVES Motley Crue, but the tattoo itself is a reminder of not so good times.

    well i can understand that, i hope the cover up goes well, and the laser removal works good as well. i hear thats rather painfull. well i hope not for his sake.

    Tattoo - What's the point other than to get attention? :force:

     

    Piercing - If you're female, they enhance you're beauty depending on the placing of the piercing.  If you're male, what, it's to look cool?

     

    No offense to those with tattoo's, but I think they're stupid.  As for piercings, as long as it's not to the extreme, they don't bother me.  I have a friend with a single earring in his left ear.

     

    NOTE: If you have lots of earrings, they make your ears droop over the years.

    the point is, that my tat was for me, and me alone, its in a place that wont get attention unless i show it. it had meaning for me, and what im going through in my life. the peircing i have in my ear has been there since i was 18 i just got it cause my girlfriend thought it was cool, and i liked it. i still do. i want another tat or two on my other shoulder and maybe my back, i havent come to a decision yet on what though heres a link to my post with the pic of my tat that i got back in nov.

    so what do ya think RC? or anyone else who hasnt seen it yet. it is a celtic cross(obviously) the center, as well as the irish gaelic writing mean NEW LIFE. which obviously im going through the process of a new life good bad or indifferent.

    guess i spoke too soon, everything that i thought was coming together, all the plans for my work, and life are now falling apart again. oh well, i guess i was meant for torture and torment for the rest of my meager existence.
