    Did anybody see the tribute they had of him a few days after he died.It was very well done.It brought a tear to my eye. :lol: ,Deforest Kelly will always be remembered in the hearts of star trek fans everywhere.

    No, I don't think so.  Many of the plotlines were relevant to the issues of the 60s.  It's amazing to me how many could be applied to the issues of today.

    I agree.I think thats what got some people into TOS because it realted to what was going on in the world around them.

    You mentioned exactly why I like them. They look like a continuation of NASA uniforms which in my opinion makes the show believable in a way that other Star Trek series could not possibly be. It is for the same reason that I like the interior of the Enterprise as well.

     

    As for the uniforms looking more like TNG style... it's probably true, but I like to pretend that TOS uniforms did not exist. :)

    I never liked the TOS uniforms that much.As far as ENT uniforms go i also like how they made them look like NASA uniforms.
