I would love to try but I know that I am so out of shape that I would not be able to do the chalenges. I am an eagle scout so I do know some stuff and I would love to try but I bet I would not pass the phyical.

I would have to say my fav. christmas song is the christmas shoes by newsong. It is depressing but it has great moral value.

That looks so cool. Even though I would not have alowed winners to partisapate they have already won give some of the other people a chance but other wise I can't wait.

I think the books are great. I always call them star trek with a twist as it is a little different than a normal star trek book. But that is normal for the author Peter David. I think their is about 17 or 18 out but I do believe you can still get them but you might have to order the first couple of them as they won't be on the shelf but if you just want to try them out just go to your local libary and if they don't have them they can get them from another one. Some of the books are from some of the all shows sets like the captains table and double helix but even if you read just the new frontier books from that set I don't think that you will be lost. Well I hope I helped a little with my rambles I just like the books I hope you do to.

the old shows are out on dvd but I don't remmber the cost. I have to agree the old show was the best every day I could not wait to get home to watch transformers and gijoe.

I watched it and thought it was quite cool I can't wait to see what happens but the way they are going to me it will be a new show not a continuation of the old one but that does not make it bad but a new si fi show to watch.

I did not call the song pop I called it rock there is a big difference pop is what you hear on most non country stations nowadays rock is more of like someone else said 80s music but I really think that the song is more a/c after thinking about it as I work at a a/c station and it is in our play list at least rods is I just wish that they would have kept the song in a clasical style and with out any words but that is just IMO.

I would really like to see the new frontier as a show and that was based during the dominon war.

That song should never have been used in the first place as it was written for the movie patch adams not for star trek and anyway why change the way they have always done it was a clasical song they did not even need the intro the first night of the show when the song came on I was like what the "blank" is this bring back the old ways of a great clasical song not a rock song.

You can tell that Jeff really wanted to tell everybody about what jon did at the vote lets hope they vote off jon next week.

This does put a big dampener on any ds9 movie but maybe a titian movie.

I did not get to see it all but man do I have to agree with you if jon ends up in the final for I will be greatly dissapointed.

I had to say both. Yes LOTR is epic but I have allways found it boged down with to much information but the Harry Potter books at least the first two were writen for children so even though my wife says I am a child I still like them both.

Yes I will still watch but it won't be the same and as it was on Wedsday this week I missed most of it but from what I did see you guys are right I just don't want jon to win.

For the people that want a halo movie their is a great fan made flim at redvsblue.com its in 19 chapters so it is easyer to download and it does have alot of bad words it is just great like in the begining to soldiers are standing and talking about why they are in a box canyon.

I have to agree UPN is not everywhere like most of the other stations. I think if they would have sindicated it like they did with tng and ds9 their ratings would have been alot higher as more people would have been able to watch it. Heck I have only had upn since the last season of voyager and on that note I think voyager would have had better ratings as well.

Maybe Q had to go make in time to help the puny humans from some sort of disaster.

On a side note did she leave becker or did she get fired? I liked that show but I stopped watching when she left.

he was going to be a teacher that was teaching his class about whales and he was playing their calls in his class and thats what they heard and not how it was in the movie but it was a very early draft. I don't rember what book I read all this in but if I find out I will post it here.

the one cash cow was star trek and at the time Murphy was the other and the funny thing instead of doing star trek 4 he did the golden child.

I just wonder now how many people will stop watching the show?

The books that are based after the show ended seem to be pointing that way of him coming back and yes I know that the books are not cannon.

Well did you know that Edie Murphy was going to be on star trek 4 but then paramont thought that it was not good to have two of their cash cows in the same movie.

I have to agree about Shatner. I went to a convention with him as the main attractiion. He went out on stage talked for awhile (I don't rember how long now a hour or just a half) and then he just left no autographs or anything. I have gone to other star trek conventions and even when the one I went to that had Terry Ferrel and she had to be someplace else that day she made shure that everybody got an autograph and Shatner seemed to be only their for his pay it just seemed to me that he could care less that he was their.
