Who has seen 2 Fast 2 Furious yet? I just saw it and it rocked!
Based Upon: This will be the sequel to the 2001 surprise hit movie, The Fast & the Furious, which as of 7/14/01, has brought in over $110 million in the USA, and is likely to end up with around $150 million, for a global total of probably double that... on a budget of under $40 million.

Freaky Friday

Who's going to see Freaky Friday?? I saw it last night. I give it 4.5/10 stars
Based Upon: This is a remake of the 1977 Disney movie, Freaky Friday, which starred the young Jodie Foster as the young girl, and Barbara Harris as her mother, which was itself based upon the "young adult" novel by Mary Rodgers. In addition to adapting her novel to the original film's screenplay, she also cowrote a Broadway musical version with John Forster. Disney's film was previously remade in 1995 as a "Wonderful World of Disney" TV movie starring Gaby Hoffman and Shelley Long.
