My current fascination is with the Freedom of the Seas ship.
It's maiden voyage was just a week or so ago, and it's sister ship is currently being built.
I would love to get lost on this thing.

The Old Crow Medicine Show

Ok, country fans, I was scanning the dial today and came across a country song that absolutely floored me. I have no idea what it's called though, nor who sang it. That's where you guys come in. Three major things to help you help me: 1) The song had an incredible walking blues rhythm line. 2) Judging by the synthesizer imitating sax on it, I'd put the record sometime in the 80s, maybe early '90s. 3) The chorus talked about taking things and "I'll send them off in a letter to you."
Your help would be appreciated.
VABeachGuy, I think you'd like this song as well, because as I listened I thought, "If Elvis had been around for this song, he'd have gotten himself in the studio and gotten the Jordanaires to back him on this, and he'd have REAL sax players in on it, too."
I think you're talking about Shakin' Stevens. He was a rockabilly singer during the late 80's and had a song titled "A Letter to You"

Those crazy Busch brothers...
Kyle Busch Ticketed for Reckless DrivingApril 14, 2006
NASCAR driver Kyle Busch was ticketed for reckless driving in a Richmond suburb Wednesday night. The misdemeanor charge carries up to a year in jail, a $2,500 fine and a driver's license suspension, said Sgt. Don Lambert, with Henrico County police. The charge also calls for a mandatory court appearance; Busch will appear in Henrico County General District Court on May 23.
Lambert said the incident happened at 10 p.m. near Richmond International Airport, a few minutes outside the city.
Neither speed nor alcohol was a factor, though Lambert would not provide further details.
"The officer observed his driving behavior consistent with reckless driving," he told The Associated Press late Thursday night.
The 20-year-old Busch, who drives for the Hendrick Motorsports, grabbed his first series victory on May 14, 2004 at Richmond International Raceway. He went on to four more victories and completed the year with five poles and five wins, becoming the youngest top rookie in series history at age 19.
Tuesday, Busch again appeared at the Richmond raceway for the Virginia kickoff of "Focus on Driving," Sprint Nextel's attentive driving education program.
Busch's older brother and NASCAR star, Kurt, had his own legal problems because of a traffic incident last year.
Kurt Busch was banned from two NASCAR races and authorities ordered him to perform 50 hours of community service after he became belligerent with Phoenix police during a 2005 traffic stop. Police charged him with reckless driving.
Busch later apologized.
Henrico County authorities said the younger Busch, who lives in Mooresville, N.C., was cooperative.
Kurt Busch out for seasonNovember 15, 2005
Las vegas native Kurt Busch is suspended for the last two races of the season after a run-in with police. Hours before yesterday's race in Arizona, Roush Racing decided to fire the defending Nextel Cup Champion after Busch was cited for reckless driving.Busch was pulled over friday night in Phoenix for erratic driving, police say Busch smelled of alcohol and was arrogant and abusive to officers.
The policeman's breathalizer was not working so Busch could not be tested.

Funny commercial.
I missed Trek 2.0 however. I was in Phoenix last weekend for a Coyotes - Stars game.

I absolutely love the Ghostbusters' movies! One of the few films in which I believe the sequel was better than the original. That being said, here's how I voted:
movie: GB2
Character: Peter Venkman
make another: yes!
cartoon: Real GB
(sigh) ah, nostalgia

Q's son named Q Jr.
Otherwise known as q.
If there are more ST series or games made I want the Q to be a much bigger part. There would be a lot less restraint on maintaing the ST scientific accuracy. It would be like the holodecks, but a lot more so.

step 1) Notice a commotion going on near by the restrooms
2) Investigate and find some old man laying on the bathroom floor with his pants wet
3) help carry said old man out to a waiting vehicle
4) find out said old man was part owner of the bar
5) order drinks and have them them covered by the bar for stopping to help out said old man

Star Trek will live on through its online game.
-
Far more entertaining than the young Picard from the "Rascals" episode.
-
I figure they have some treatment for it, but Picard was never vain enough to request it.
No More Star Trek

Lol, but Star Trek is as infinite as the Q's themselves.
