Every 22 seconds a car is stolen. Each day, 1/55,000 of 1% of the amount of cars in the US are stolen. That's around 4,000 cars. Too bad if yours was.

But I don't think Brittany Murphy would make the best Harley Quinn. Yes, she sometimes is a good actress, but as Harley Quinn I don't think she would be the greatest choice.
