I heard a roumer today that some members of startrekfans.net have actually played in star trek, or worked behind the scenes. Does anyone know if this is true?

*sigh* how illogical. That Picard emoticon someone made was maginal, however, it could use some tough ups, but it looks preety good
-
^ Is definately a bigger LOTR fan than I am
-
Oh yes I remeber, (Picard) FIRE AT WILL! *dramatic music plays* Then you see an akira class ship firing a volly of Photon torpedos. I remember
-
OH MY GOODNESS, wow, they use alot of bad language and their boards do suck, they need more....flair
-
Yes, I'm going to wear one to school one day on a casual and when someone asks "Why are you wearing that" I'll look down at my PADD and say, "Last I checked, the united states of america was a free country, please inform me if I am now in error"
-
I always consider Patty Picard, I rarely call him "Patrick Stewart"
-
lol, I use the version 1.3, but I'm starting to get off topic *smacks himself back on to topic* The enterprise legacy wouldn't be the same without the excelsior class one
-
wowowow, where did you hear that?
-
I took that into account, but that can be easily solved with the record books, however, I don't have it. DOES ANYONE HAVE WHAT WE WERE AT A YEAR AGO? Still, it is overwhelming if you took it into account I'm sure

??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
What do you mean? Gene Roddenbury didn't create star wars

Hmmmmmm, I think star trek got a commanding lead there. Don't you think?

1. Ask them is Star Wars fans have the government in on the fandom (the shuttle Enterprise)2. Ask them if 'Star Wars fans' or the equivilant is a word in the dictionary like Trekkies
3. Hand them a copy of the documentary 'Trekkies' and possibly 'Trekkies 2'
Intresting, what edition of the dictonary are trekkies in?
-
T'Son, what was the point of that completely random and totally stupid post?It wasn't totally randem since you were picking fun at the federation so I should be able to pick fun at Romulans
-
lol, yes janeway, you have to be able to reach in case of emergency
-
a change of IP address, it is possible to change your IP address that could let a person back in. I manage 2 forums like this one (one with the startrek template, one without) and I have problems with people coming in and changing IP since when you get banned it bans your IP address. That is why all of my forums require that you register and get valadation before you can post.

yes, I hope to go to one soon, I'm sick and tired of the star wars fans telling me there are more of them than of us. I plan to take alot of photos at the star trek convention and I'll say "See, I haven't seen a Star Wars convention, I don't know if they exist but they certainly can't top all this times 42 (about 1 per week)

I voted for who Valeris certainly voted for......the logical vulcan always putting up with you illogical humans (I can relate) Mr. Spock
-
I think Patrick Steward is Picard's great, great, great, great, great, great, grandson. I like John-Luc better though, I like Patrick Stewart very much too.
-
it is illogical to keep doing something after you have been told to stop. However, humans (except the few like Picard) don't generally comprehend when to stop. *sigh* Humans, so illogical
-
*stares blankly at the human, borg, and romulan* This is highly illogical. The sun is just a big ball of gas in a star formation that lights up your world witch allows you to survive. Why celebrate it? *sigh* Humans

Valeris and I have fun talking about trekkie things, although she isn't as versed as I am, except in the matters of spock.

I agree, they are very beutiful. Gene Roddenbury said "Make me a starship the way the Japaniese would built it" and POOF, Excelsior class ship
