Horses

Recommended Posts

well, my mom has 4 3,5,6,8,9 yr olds to break, and its gonna be tuff(thats where i was all day today)and we had a BLAH of a time getting a halter on the one today. After all this, when i got home, i was wondering what people on here thought of horses, and if anyone even knows anything about them! my mom is the most knowledgeable person(and i'm not just being arrogant) about horses in Canada, i bet. i, on the other hand, am still learning about horses. Does anyone here know anything about them?

Note: i can see if anyone is telling the truth, through my many ways.

P.S: like my pics?

:) YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT SHADOWFLAX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bag:

Shadowflax is from Lord of the rings. Shadowflax is a decendent of Omue ( or whoever) horse. Shadowflax is the Lord of all the horses of middle earth and also the fastest. Shadowflax took Pipen and gandalf to Minas trinith in one night ( that is some 100 miles away from orthanc)

My sister loved horses, and thought Arabians were the most wonderful horses on the face of the earth!

I know absolutely nothing about horses except they're big and they scare the heck out of me. They are beautiful though. And the neighbors horses are very sweet. You couldn't pay me enough to get on one though.

arghhh, today me and my mom where working on the third horse we have to break. the stupid thing almost choked itself! it got all tangled up in the rope and we almost had to cut it loose. luckily it got up after my mom untied the rope from the post and ran away.

Horses bear a resemblance to unicorns. :flowers:

I have ridden a few times but it has been a while, I used to know how to saddle a horse and I once amazed my friend by standing in the path of a horse with my arms out (because her dad told me too) because we were trying to catch it.

Oh, and when I was in high school I was in a marching band...sometimes we got placed behind the horses in a parade. Note...this is not a good location for marching bands.

you people really are brave  *sarcasm* man, if you think standing in front a horse waving your hands is scary..... :flowers: try; trying to catch a wild horse that has been on range, never been touched, all its life. Thats scary, and real damn tough

LordOfTheBorg what is the point of starting a thread and then being sarcastic to people who answer, if you do that then people might be less willing to answer your threads in the future.
