Danny 0 Posted February 15, 2004 Check out this page. I think it's mistaken since there are no turbolift doors in the room. I would love to build a ready room in real life to use as an office or something. I don't think it would be that hard either. I'd also love to build a bridge and an observation lounge but then it gets expensive. Anyone ever do this? http://galaxy.imndesigns.com/readyroom.htm
Captain Jean-Luc Picard 1 Posted February 15, 2004 I don't see a bed in there... As to your post, I think it'd be awesome if some fans got together and built the "bridge" from one of the TV shows or movies, along with it's ajointing rooms, as a sort of hang out place. VaBeachGuy 12 Posted February 15, 2004 This might be if interest, it was up for auction last year on Ebay for around $2 Million. http://www.24thcid.com/Default.asp?xa=
Jim Phaserman 0 Posted February 15, 2004 The only time I've ever been on the Bridge was for Helm duty when I was still enlisted. Oh, we're talking star trek...never mind.
Stelfan 0 Posted February 15, 2004 This might be if interest, it was up for auction last year on Ebay for around $2 Million. http://www.24thcid.com/Default.asp?xa=1 I saw an interview with the guy who built that room on a Star Trek documentary. It was great, however I think you would get very tired of it if you had to live there.
Tench745 0 Posted February 15, 2004 The article says the door to exit the ready room is by the doors for the turbolift and by the viewscreen. I want to someday have a home theater styled after Voyager's bridge.
borgdrone222 0 Posted February 16, 2004 It says it exits to the bridge that has turbolift access.
