I saw on the news that Diana had written a letter a year before her death that Charles wanted to have her killed by arranging an auto accident. Sounds freaky, I feel sorry for the kids having to listen to all of this.

But truly, who knows anymore.

First of all, I really feel sorry for William and Harry, too, that they have to listen to that.

*sighs*

Anyway, who knows? It might be true, it might not. No one knows. :spock:

I don't think it was just "an accident", I think there was something behind it, but, I'm afraid we'll never know what exactly happened. :spock:

I think that story sounds absurd. I'm sure Prince Charles loves his sons more than he "disliked" Diana.

I wish they would find that white car that was involved but then it was probably a case of a car going the speed limit in the tunnel being hit by a car that was speeding and being driven by a drunk man. Having said that though, if the paparazzi hadn't been chasing after them all night they wouldn't have switched cars in the first place.

It must be awful for her family to hear such sensational rumors and scandal.

The idea that her death was due to a "government conspiracy" is just too much. IMHO, she died needlessly in a pointless car accident caused by careless, and possiby drunk, driving, in an attempt to escape overly agressive photographers. Why would anyone feel the need to have her murdered, anyway?

Although anything is possible, not everything is likely, and this current story seems completely unlikely.

I think they should let her rest in peace now, if for no other reason then for William and Harry. I doubt we will ever know the truth if they have no evidence then IMHO they should just leave it alone.

I agree with the comments made here. No one will ever know the truth. But for her children's sake, I wish the gossip would stop.
