How do i change my rank settings to ambassador

The only way to change your rank is by posting. Here's the rank chart:

oh because at the helix-bbs there are 15 different ranks sets. like NCO's, COmmand, Security, Science,Ent ops/command/science, cardassain officer and enlisted, klingon, and many other ranks sets.

at the helix in a exeuctive commander starfleet command.

 

also ur post count to gain rank is very low. fir the helix its 25 for ensign,50 ltjg, 100 LT SG, 250 Lt Cmdr, 500 is needed for commander, 750 exeuctive commander, 1000 for captain 2000 for fleet captaink, 4000 for commador

BSA, you progress up the ranks quickly, and then at commodore....your stuck for a thousand + posts...and the rank is not the reason for posting.
