I know this show pushes the envelope about some of the things it shows - and it's generally very well researched, documented, etc. But tonights episode boggled my mind. Has anyone else ever heard of these animal dressers? (I didn't catch the proper term)

Sadly, I have via TV commercials about freaky animal dressers/freaks who would be on some TV show or something. I think they need mental help...

Are we talking about pet owners who spend $$$$$$ on clothing and jewelry for animals?

 

If so then yes, I saw a story about that the other day. Pet owners shop at pet stores spending thousands for animal wardrobes and accessories.

 

If that is not what was meant then no, to the best of my knowledge I've never heard of animal dressers.

I did watch the ep and sorry I have no clue if that is real or not but I would not but it pass some people.

A lady at work told me she was watching this and turned it off because it was so disturbing... and not much shocks this woman.

I, too, saw the episode and I have no idea if it's really something that people do, but I wouldn't be surprised. People are strange.

I saw the eps and I was shaking my head all the way through it. I really hope that this was made up but as we know truth is stranger than fiction.

It's not made up. Ripley's Believe It or Not advertised an episode where they would be explorring people who are "animal dressers". I missed the episode. While I was currious, from what you all say, I'm kind'a glad I missed it.
