first_redneck_in_space 0 Posted October 15, 2003 Hey,everybody. Today is my first day posting here.I expect to be here quite often,as I am a huge Star Trek fan,and love Enterprise. I have a medical condition that keeps me here at home most of the time,so when I'm not watching television,playing video games,listening to the radio,or sitting out on the porch,I'm usually right here in front of my computer(my first!Got it for my birthday this year ). I have a weak immune system and tend to get very sick,very easily.Therefore I have to stay indoors and under strict,sanitized conditions most of the time.I'm not a "boy in a bubble",but pretty dang close to it,I suppose. Always being home is very boring,and I was starting to get a bit depressed,so my folks bought me a computer and had it hooked up to the internet.I don't think I've been off of it for more than three-or-four hours a day since I first went on-line (which isn't good,I know...I expect once the thrill wears off a little,I won't be around as often.But at the moment,this is a freedom...just conversing with other human beings!That I'm pretty high on right now)...
