trekzone 0 Posted October 9, 2003 interesting title? anyhoo, i added this to "Holodeck 3: 20th & 21st Century Entertainment" because it is Entertainment. After watching both season 1 and season 2 of 24 i deceided that it would make a nice school media project, so, banding 5 actors i pulled off two episodes (4 and a half mins long and 12 minutes long). The first season of 8 (cause it takes place over 8 hours not 24, lol) was a shame, i didn't like it. So now, 4 months later (quicker new seasons than Paramount! ) season 2 is on the drawing boards. In these troubled times of terrorism, I was hard pressed to find any airport, hotel or public place that would accept my proposal. However, my dad, government agent, fixed them up and now i have access to Perth International Airport (Western Australia, Australia), the Perth Air Traffic Control Radar Room, Beverly Airport, rarely used rural airport, and various other places! I've got car chases, car explosions, trust / betrayal, good v evil and your ultimate twist that you will never see coming... over the coming weeks i'll be updating you with the latest information, you can post your thoughts and comments and i may just incorporate them into the production! Vary shots, between close up of Jack and close up of Alicha. · CTU: David setting up, Mike comes over, M: “This is no way to run a CTU” D: “Your right, have we got Jack” M: “No, he’s refusing to speak to me” D: “I know someone who he will” · Pan up of Elaine Gimbal walking, comes to a crossroad, takes off glasses… 04:16-04:34 · SPLIT: Iain looking at photos of Jack and the British PM’s son, Jack and Alicha in the park, Elaine walking, getting into a car, back at CTU – full screen. · David calls Elaine D: “Elaine, we need you to contact Jack, there’s a case here with his name all over it” E: “I’ll do my best” · Cut to Iain, calls a number – its busy though. · Sneaky footage, someone is coming towards Iain, it’s a civilian, who runs off, but trips and makes a noise, Iain in pursuit…Iain running, civilian gets into a car. · Jack in the park, phone call… J: “Elaine?” E: “Jack, how are you?” J: “Missing you, how are you?” E: “I’m fine. Hey listen…” J: “Do you wanna grab some dinner and a movie later tonight?” E: “Jack…Jack! It’s David, he wants to see you” J: “They got to you too?” E: “Go in and listen to what they have to say” J: “But you…” E: “Jack, think of yourself for once…I’ll meet you there, ok?” J: “OK” · (04:32) - Jack picks up Alicha and walks to the car, starts and drives off · Car driving off, speeds up to 60kph, Iain gets a bazooka, fires the car front flips and catches fire. 04:38-04:48 · SPLIT: Iain looking, Car driving, Iain turning around not bothering with wreckage. · FULL: Drives back to hangar. · Alicha questions where Jack is taking her, · Elaine gets in car and chaperone drives off. · CTU: David and Mike pulling out cables placing them down, phone call… M: “CTU Paulson” E: “Hey, its me. He’s on his way” M: “OK, were are you?” E: “I’m in the carpark” M: “OK, wait for Jack” · Elaine goes to a bush and puts a ring case inside. · Jack pulls up and he and Alicha exit, they walk over and Jack asks Elaine to take care of her. · (04:44) – Long shot of Jack walking into CTU, David and Mike turn heads to see the three of them walk in, Jack ignores the pleasantries, Elaine and Alicha walk off as David and Mike start the briefing. · Briefing takes 2 minutes running down the British PM’s son coming to Perth, the assassination threat and the terrorist involved in the plot. · Jack shrugs his shoulders and leaves, saying this is not my concern, yada yada. · Jack grabs Alicha and walks out, getting into the car, Jack starts the engine…pauses looks at Alicha in the background, innocent smile. 07:52-08:00 · SPLIT: Iain typing away, Elaine querying David and Mike…then the doors burst open and Jack walks through with Alicha. “Give me and Elaine provisional status for the next 8 hours and take Alicha home and I’ll fight your war” “That’s the spirit Jack” · PERTH TCU: Aircraft being directed in, phone call…David from CTU “There should be a flight from London arriving in one hour, its carrying the British PM’s son, I want special clearance for it and two of my agents will be down to escort him” “No problem” · Iain checks his watch, 07:55, brings up days events on the computer. Makes a call. · Elaine’s phone rings…she answers (alone by a computer) … I: “Is it set” E: “Yes” I: “Is our plan in effect?” E: “Yes, you were right, he demanded my provisional status as-well” I: “Good, send me the data I requested” E: “OK” *information received on the computer* I: “Good, now begin phase 2” (07:57) - E: “Good luck” I: “To you too, my sweet” · David and Mike continue setting up CTU as Michelle and Alicha leave. · Outside, Alisha makes friends with Elaine…Elaine puts her in a car and Alisha is chaperoned.
