He Who Shall Not Be Named 2 Posted June 21, 2008 Someone posted a topic about Russians using cement to seed clouds. Itchygoomba69 made an off-topic post about spitting in open convertables from bridges. After I responded to IG69's post BakulaBabe suggested this be a separate topic as to not clutter up the cement topic. So that's what I did. Make sense now?
