Weekly email chat reminder

I get an email reminding me of the chat every week. I want the emails to end. How do I do this? They start with:

 

"Don't forget to come to the Weekly Chat this Saturday @ 6pm Eastern

time.

 

Following is a link to the Chatroom. You may want to give it a test to

be sure it's working for you."

 

Please remove me from the mailing list!

I would not called spam since you are member on this site. Since the e-mail is reminding about the activity that happens on this site it is part of your membership. It is a group e-mailing I do not think one member can be excluded.

 

I am in favor of the e-mails.
