He's already mostly machine. not quite, we know that Borg can assimilate technology as well as organic [shown in Voyager & Enterprise] Vader still has his brain & all, the nanites would assimilate the brain the usual thing will happen & as for his body, the nanites would also analyse it & enhance it in anyway possible.
