Finnegan in Trek XI?

I haven't heard anything, but I wouldn't be surprised if we see the return of Finnegan in the upcoming movie if it is indeed about or shows Kirk in Starfleet Academy. For those who don't know, Finnegan was Kirk's #1 rival during his academy days.

Anyone of them could appear if the movie ends up being "Kirk Begins" as is rumoured.
