I believe that Hugo Weaving is from Australia. I really like him too. Has anyone ever seen Queen of the Desert? It was on Bravo and when I realized Hugo was in it I about fell out my chair in shock.

Sean Connery is about the only one I can think of. I almost said Mel Gibson but I am almost sure he was born in the US and moved to Australia when he was 10 or 12, something like that.
