Stretch. Pushups (go till your arms give out, then do 5 more.) Situps (Go till your abs are ablaze, then do 5 more.) Body Builders, ten count. Lessa_Soong 0 Posted March 22, 2004 I've been up and down since this post. Darn that was a while back. I have not seen a lot of the replies, even the older ones. I like the salad and water idea. I went on the low carb diet to get rid of the lbs i gained while i was sad.... I lost 10 lbs and i hope to lost more once it warms up and i can go walking. still waiting for that personal Gym to be delivered, CJLP. :) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
