That piece of c.rap has been out for some time now. Radio stations were goofing on it for a long time when it first came out.

It was at a TNA show. When he found out Hogan was there, he left the building fast.

 

Hogan then said that he would fight Savage for real, IF Savage put up a million dollars for charity. Savage chickened out.

 

You can't play mind games with Hogan, because he'll always win.

And say what you will about hogan powerplays to stay on top and stuf (never as bad as HHH IMO) but he has always put up for charity I bet he would of put the Money up
