A dramatic Seven of Nine episode where her Borg instincts fire up again and take her into hostile territory. Sad thing about her parents, but from what I've researched they were looking for the Borg. It didn't look like they were happy to find them...

3, but an incredibly weak one. Just didn't care for the story. The aliens had poor characterization, Seven's prediction was absurd. Just wasn't feeling this one at all. But it wasn't bad enough to merit a 2.

I gave it a 4.Neat b/g story of humanities first "contact" if you will with the Borg. Although it could be argued that they made their first appearance on Earth during the film First Contact and later on in the ENT ep "regeneration". Still, the emotion of what Annika aka Seven felt was conveyed efficaciously here.

I gave it a five, but now I think it is more like a four star episode. What gave this episode such high marks for me was that it tells more about Seven's past before the Borg
