I would have had Sisko storm in and say "Quark, the Bajoran government and I have decided to accept your petition and grant you political asylum!" and tie things up in more legal knots than Brunt would want to deal with, thus cheesing him off royally. And then have Odo strong-arm Brunt saying, "I would not hesitate to throw you in jail again, you know." That would have been the best ending, imo. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
