youbroughtheryouRiker 2 Posted May 24, 2008 4. A really good build-up in this two-parter. Nice turns in it. Nice build-up of suspense.
Indy 8 Posted August 3, 2008 I gave it a four. It's not as fun as some episodes, but really pushes the Dominion storyline forward. Although the little side-story of Jadzia surreptitiously moving Odo's furniture was amusing. We get to see Earth, Joseph Sisko and a Starfleet Admiral turn into a bird. I also really like the interaction between Jake Sisko and his grandfather. It shows that family is still important in this time period. Probably the most important thing. According to The Companion, this was meant to be the third season cliff-hanger, with it's second part ("Paradise Lost") being the fourth-season opener. Those plans changed when it was decided to bring the Klingons front and center for the beginning of season four and the addition of Michael Dorn as Worf. Personally, I love how it turned out.
