The solution was completely obvious the entire freaking time, but there were some real highlights to this, too: Bashir and "Dax," Buck Bokai's dialogues with Sisko (especially about how baseball died out), and Quark (because honestly, if I figured out what was happening, that's probably what I would do too. lol). I didn't like the scene with the three figments alone together and discussing things. It didn't fit in too well, and almost went unresolved, until the very end that is.
