After a “terrorist” camp is bombed, Archer and Trip must survive the harsh desert and they are slowly running out of water.

Very interesting episode because we see some of the games the people of the desert planet play. Very much like Lacrosse. This is mainly a Archer and Trip buddy episode as Archer tries to help Trip beat heat stroke.

**** ½ out of *****

4. Clancy Brown did a wonderful job of acting. Loved his character. Good story, nice acting. The drawbacks were threefold, but minor. One, again we meet with a government that isn't all peaches and cream. There wouldn't be much conflict if they were, but it's getting played out and cliche already. Also, the foreshadowing towards the prime directive's establishment is corny. They just don't write those "foreshadows" too well. Three, I don't like how they keep calling back to previous episodes. The writing is good enough to where if you missed those episodes, you wouldn't know it and you'd think that they were offstage occurrences, but it's really pretty bad if they have to keep calling back to past episodes. I suppose it's an attempted layering effect, but it shouldn't be done THIS many times within the first season.
