Kor37 9 Posted February 28, 2007 Kor,my avatar is what I look like after a few too many, but it's not me. It's a picture I drew of my boy when he was passing out for the second time, since he woke up still drunk and decided to drink more...stupid boy. But yeah, Sunday when I could do anything besides lay around, I decided to rediscover my talent for art. I hadn't drawn or painted anything in about 3 years...and I think it turned out decent. Vulcan_lover 1 Posted March 1, 2007 First of all...Psychic, that's a boy in the picture, and I am not a boy. Kor, I took art classes in high school and loved it at first, but then grew to hate it with a passion. The advanced art teacher didn't like my style, and I hated having to draw stupid pointless things like fruit. I like to draw stuff I see happening around me or stuff I see in my head. She complained that alot of my artwork was too creepy...Psh! I had a oil painting that made it to the state competition, but I showed her, I dropped all art classes my senior year and didn't draw again until this week. I'm surprised you know of such an obscure movie. Its one of my favorites. Another movie that comes close to my life is "Fast Times At Ridgemont High"..... She is still mad at me for getting into a fight and having the cops handcuff me.......... - This Sunday I'm going to a bull and oyster roast. Kor37 9 Posted March 3, 2007 My son Eric is coming home for Spring Break today. He was supposed to fly in yesterday but his flight got cancelled on account of all the snow they had up there. My lip that got busted during that stupid fight is finally healing. Tomorrow we are going to a Bull & Oyster roast. Can't wait to chow down on those raw oysters!.. Thanks for the support but we all know that Vulcan_Lover picks on me because she has a huge crush on me..... :P ....I take her wisecracks as compliments . Of course, I have a huge crush on her too......who wouldn't??... :P ANYWAY...... - I had completely forgotten that I have jury duty this week on Thursday..... :( I don't mind doing my duty but I have gone to jury duty every single year for at least 15 years. Can't anybody else do a turn? I know many people who never get picked! Last year I got put on a jury for a trial that lasted an entire week! Hard to run a business when you're at the courthouse every single day.. :( - BTW- I forgot to mention yesterday that those theory's about raw oysters being an aphrodisiac? Absolutely True! Kor37 9 Posted March 7, 2007 Stupid weather! It wasn't supposed to start snowing until 8:00 am and it started snowing at 3:30 am. At 5:00 am the temperature drops about 10 degrees so now everything on the ground is freezing up! Another wonderful morning at work!.... I have to do 2 days of paperwork today because I have to spend the day doing jury duty tomorrow. It is SO boring sitting in that room all day with nothing to do. Hopefully, I won't get picked for a jury or if I do, it will only be a one day thing. Last year I was on a jury for an entire week! I can't go through THAT again!!!
