Well when mr. barnes or mr. flanders *the religous guy* He and homer opened a theme park and there was this statue of his wife and there was a leaky gas pipe so people would get high from the fumes well comic book guy went and he had this one vision in which he was spock and kirks chair went insane and than he saved kirk by using green laser beams from his eyes than urhal *comm officer* asked him out on a date.

 

Also in one episoed he tried to make his aparement into the federation council using cardboard cut outs of aliens.

 

Also he went to the one bar that homer goes to and they kick him out and comic book guy pulls out a klingon dictonary and curses them in klingon

Star Trek is referenced a lot on both The Simpsons and Futurama. The occassional Seinfeld reference to Star Trek popped up to (most notably in The Foundation) most likely due to Jason Alexander being a huge Star Trek fan.
