Jeanway 0 Posted November 22, 2004 But do any of you get "Cold Flashes"?? I do, mainly in my feet. I don't know why when the rest of me is warm or very warm. Yillara Skye 1 Posted December 24, 2004 I get cold pretty easily. Starting with the fact that my body temperature is about 96.9-97.0 degrees F when I am healthy. But I will get what I have always called "cold shocks". It is where abruptly I will get cold like I just walked into a freezer, and causes my back and my bad arm to spasm.
