I don't know if I can narrow it down, I can name one though, Homer Simpson.

Top ten of all time is hard because I've watched tv for some forty years.

Here's a list I didn't put a lot of time into it - but the first six for sure wouldn't change if I did.

If it were just current tv shows the list would include a lot of CSI and Law & Order characters.
