Come on people. Do you put a block on any junkmail senders? I do everytime I get an unsolicited E-Mail. And I also ask for confirmation. Yahoo has a really great Pop-Up blocker. I just get confused when people confused the word 'SPAM' with Gibberish, here on the site. Gibberish or Padding is something like this:

Mwnak??? Ijdyebwodhensbskeyegridi!!!!!!

or a repeated word that fills up a good part of the post. Like:

"Over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over"

Get anti-spam programs from Mcaffee or Norton. Or Internet security from Norton. Also avoid giving out your email to subscription lists. you can also set up a filter. It depends on your email system.

OK, I know I have SpyBot and Norton. Can anyone explain step by step how you run SpyBot? Or any other of these programs. I know that it's a simple thing to do but sometimes I can't remember where to start. Is it "Run" on your Start Menu?

Open Spybot, look in your programs under the start menu, run in advanced mode. Click on the update section and it will update for you. Then immunize. Then click search and destroy. Then check the entries and threats it gives you.
