Jeanway 0 Posted September 28, 2004 After lunch, or any heavy meal, most of us get really sleepy and tired. Does this happen to you? I asked my Chiroprator about it. He told me it's because you ate too much at one sitting. All the 'excess' blood that was in your limbs and head now rush to your middle to digest your food. What do you think? Sounds good to me. fenriz275 0 Posted September 28, 2004 I always get really sleepy in the afternoons. Sometime after lunch and then again later towards sunset. Remember when you were in kindergarten and got to take a nap on a little pallet after you had your milk? Why can't we still have that at work or something? Milk and a nap? Sounds good to me.
