master_q 0 Posted August 7, 2004 The annual Vulcan Day chat Last year, in the StarTrekFans.net chat room, we celebrated the Vulcan Day holiday. Vulcan (or Hephaestus; the equivalent term), in Roman mythology, is the god of volcanic fire. On August 23, Rome had a festival celebrating this god. However, for our purposes we are not celebrating Hephaestus or fire or anything to that nature. We are going to celebrate that famous alien culture on a show called "Star Trek." [Last year's topic~ click here] Last year the chat was hosted at 11:00pm Eastern Time----Would that be OK for everyone this year?
