I had a strange dream last night that I was sitting in ten forward with Guinan and we were spreading chocolate frosting on graham crackers to take up as a snack for the bridge crew. :flowers:

I just read the weirdest thing on a website my sister sent me. :cloud9::flowers:

Winter in Idaho can be rough, and winter starts early in December for Lake Cheridan. There's talk of a snowstorm the Thursday night before the Christmas Break (oh, please excuse that, Winter Break). Emily comes home from a dance at her school, Lakeside Junior High. Falling asleep, Emily enters a whole nother world: Ponyland. But very different from the one she knows. This one is where Princess Leia rules Ponyland, Chewbacca speaks English, and Luke Skywalker teaches the ways of the Jedi Knights at Paradise Estate. And all of them are Ponies. Strange? Not for a dream. Because in dreams, anything, anything, can happen. A fact that Emily has begun to realize all too well. . .

Just got our cable back up. They replaced all the lines around our house. TV reception is better, internet is faster and our phone is clearer. I'm very happy. Saturday they replace the water main going to our house, that should be interesting. They were supposed to do it last week but didn't finish with my neighbors house in time to get to ours. After that's done our water pressure is supposed to be a lot better. Then after that we'll be putting up new fences around the back yard. I love home improvement. Speaking of which, I have a door to fix in the garage, so I guess I'll be back online later.

My yard's all chopped up and I haven't had water since 8:00 am. cheeky-smiley-012.gif I guess I might as well go put some make up on since I don't think I'll be able to get a shower anytime soon. Think I'll take some Cokes and snacks out to the workers too cause I don't think they've had a lunch break yet. Boy whatever they're doing out there stinks. I don't think I'll be online much today, I have way too much going on here.

My lovely yard as it is right at the moment.

Woo hoo, we have water! And really good water pressure which we didn't have before. :o The brown colored water coming out of the pipes is, um, interesting :o but he says that'll be out of there in a minute.

I never realized how bad our water pressure was till now. And they put my yard back together beautifully, you can barely tell where they were digging. :o I'm very impressed. Guess I shouldn't be surprised, my dad's worked with this guy on a lot of jobs so he recommended him.

 We get most of our water from the Colorado River. We are in the middle of a bad drought though.

Ok here's that photo I've been working on. Not professional quality photo restoration, but then again, I'm no professional. cheeky-smiley-009.gif Lost more detail in the hair then I'd like and I still might work on that some more, but for the most part I'm pretty happy with it. 1.gif

That's excellent, RC  . I do a little of that once in a while, and I think it looks great, especially where you erased the glasses.

There was a little girl,

Who had a little curl,

Right in the middle of her forehead.

When she was good,

She was very, very good,

But when she was bad, she was horrid

*hugs cptwright* The picture is my best friends mother. The family is doing well except for one health issue after another. Paul's the only one not scheduled for surgery in the next few months. B) Today Paul woke up before me, which isn't unusual, but usually the first thing he does is wake me up because he's hungry. Today I woke up and found that he had somehow found a blue permanent marker and had drawn all over the walls, the kitchen cabinets, tile floors, carpet, kitchen booth, himself, the TV, both computers, the lampshade in the office.....pretty much everything. B) That little $35 bottle of citrus cleaner I bought paid for itself today, everything came out except the lampshade. My hands are going to be blue for days.

Ruby is doped up on catnip and is jumping up in the air at nothing. :)

I need lots of coffee.

Cute picture of Rachael and Ruby I just feel like sharing B)

Awww. (yeh, I said it :) )

So Paul's an artiste, eh? That's hilarious. lol.

And here I thought that orange clean stuff was a rip-off/scam. B)

Actually this is what I use. The stuff is unbelievable, I have yet to find anything it can't clean. It took rust stains out of my driveway. :) And today it got all of the permanent marker off without damaging my paint at all. I know I sound like an infomercial, but it's incredible stuff. And totally non-toxic which is important to me because of the kids.

You are so lucky that you have an artist in the family. It must have been a joy to clean after the little artist.- j/k :)

On the tug we use Orange Muscle. Wonderful stuff. I really love the stuff. Plus the smell the orange on tug is wonderful. Better than Simple Green.
