Try some of the sweeter, flavored coffees. I hate black coffee, won't touch the stuff. :blink: It's ike drinking tar to me. Mom says I like a little coffee with my cream and sugar. :blink:

Black coffee isn't that bad...

 

It's drinkable after you get used to it. I've had it on many occasions but I agree that sweeter and flavored coffees taste better...

No it can't that's a myth, I've seen a piece of steak sit in Coke for a week without losing any mass. (MythBusters on the Discovery Channel [i know; you "don't have cable"]) It won't dissolve teeth either but it does make an excellent chrome polish.

Hello, all! RC's sister here. RC asked me to post in her log and let everyone know that her computer died this morning. She's going to try to get her brother-in-law to fix it, but she suspects that it is well and truly dead. Here's hoping not, but she doesn't know when she'll next be able to get online. If her online drought lasts too long, I'll get her to give me some updates to post here.

Oh my gosh. I didn't even think of that. If she lost her pics, she's going to be mad. I think that maybe I'll call her and check on that before I show up at her house - or at least come bearing chocolate if I do go over there . . .
