I't's an Italian movie with sub-titles in English, in the black and white genre circa 1940's? Just a guess. Talk about frustration! I was so angry at the end. This poor guy, just trying to support his family, relies on this used, broken down, old bicycle to work. And when it gets stolen from him the world turns into a conspiracy. That's the best I can do right now. I don't want to spoil it for anyone.
