I always ask myself: When does NON-FICTION cross the line into being obviously impossible? I mean I'll buy some of it, but when does it get ridiculous?

The first thing that came to my mind when I read your ? Jeanway was

the Xfiles,...I watched that show every week, loved it, was addicted to it...

then it went to far for me and be came ridiculous.....the ep that comes to mind

is the one where brothers had their mother under the bed on a board with wheels

and she had no legs......

I for some horrible reason sat thru the show and hated it.....I never watched

it again.....

 

To fans of the show, I'm not bashing it ...I just wasn't enjoying it anymore. :lol:

There's some nonfiction that you just wouldn't believe except you know it's true. It reminds me of the saying, The truth is stranger than fiction.

Fiction has to be more believable because we already know it's made up.

omg!, vs, that's exactly the x-files episode I had in mind when I started this thread, this is uncanny! That WAS something , wasn't it? But I think that could happen, no matter how bizzare it was. Sick as it was too. I wasn't just referring to the X-Files either , I also meant Startrek episodes, any fiction.

Since that episode, I have never been able to listen to Johnny Mathis' "Wonderful Wonderful" the same way! :lol:
